Our 3D printed models are not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to their intricate designs and small parts. These models are intended for older individuals who can handle them safely and responsibly. The small parts and pointed features on these models pose a choking hazard and could potentially cause harm to younger children. It is important to prioritize safety when using and handling these models, and we recommend keeping them out of reach of children under 12 years of age to prevent any accidents or injuries.

To clean your model please only use a damp cloth and wipe gently. Do not submerge in water as this degrades the material. If the model is dusty use a clean, dry, microfibre cloth to remove particles.

For Resin models please be aware that resin is a toxic material IF INGESTED. Please do not put models in mouth and if ingested please seek medical attention immediately.

Our items are made from an eco friendly PLA filiment which is made from cornstarch. This means the filiment can be recycled and composted.

We also use an eco friendly water washable resin that uses fewer chemicals and does not require chemical cleaning.

We are committed to sustainable practices in our business and our packaging is 100% recycleable.

We post using either 1st or 2nd Class Tracked Delivery using Royal Mail. When we ship you will be emailed with the tracking number.

We are equiped for both in person and online payments. 

On our website you can pay directly using Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.

If you order via Facebook you will be given the Paypal Link to make payment or you can request an Invoice.

We can take in person payments via Cash or Card. We can also email you a receipt for your purchase if desired.

The simple answer is unfortunately no. 

Due to increased post-Brexit postage fees we are unable to provide free postage. We always aim to be honest and transparent with all shipping costs and we will never make a profit on your shipping fees. All of our models are shipped with Tracked delivery to ensure that they arrive to you safely.
